Apple Grape wine 12% Alc - 8 cases available
This espumante style wine is made with 2015 Chardonnay and then re-fermented with a multi apple cider made with about 40 different apples. This unique dry wine will bring out the wild apple yeast aromas and tickle you with its fizz. Tasting flavors of grapefruit and lemon zest in its own unique and weirdly Kombucha way. 
 
2015 Pinot Noir 
Colombia Gorge Red Wine 13% Alc – 8 cases available
This wine is light, bright and full of flavor. That pretty much sums it up! Its uniqueness comes from how we made it. This wine was hand squeezed, hand managed, hand pressed, and hand bottled. Untouched by any fancy equipment but induced with love from a few sets of caring hands. 
 
Both wines were barrel aged for 2 years in half barrels. Only 10 cases were made of each. These wines were kept aside for my brother and I to drink and enjoy ourselves, this way we would keep our hand off the rest of our wine inventory. Both of the vineyards no longer exist. The Chardonnay was pulled and replaced with peaches. The Pinot Noir was grafted over to the Nebbiolo grape. We hope you folks decide to enjoy some of our history in wine.
